Bulleen Boomers 3X Rep Tour Teams!
Basketball Victoria is launching a new 3X Tour where representative basketball clubs will be able to enter teams in a new 3×3 format and compete against other representative teams. The format of this competition will be as follows:
Age Groups:
U13 Boys & Girls (2013+2014)
U15 Boys & Girls (2011+2012)
U17 Boys & Girls (2009+2010)
Competition Timing:
Competition will take place on Sunday afternoons between April-August. There will be 10 total events across a 17-week period. Bulleen Boomers teams will be competing in 10 of these events. Locations will vary across the events.
Cost:
Individual fees will be $350 total. (Minimum of 4 players per team)
This will cover all the costs involved with participating in this competition.
There are no weekly fees and players will use their current Bulleen Boomers uniforms to participate.
Tryouts:
Sunday 2 March 2024
- U13 Boys/Girls (2013-2014) – 2.45pm-3.30pm
- U15 Boys/Girls (2011&2012) – 3.30pm-4.15pm
- U17 Boys/Girls (2009&2010) – 4.15pm-5.00pm
Players are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled start time to check in.
Please bring a basketball and drink bottle.
Location:
Bulleen Templestowe Basketball Stadium
Training:
There will be 2 training sessions held after tryouts. More information around training will be provided upon player selections.
Additional Information:
– All athletes must currently play for the Bullen Boomers representative program.
– Athletes must be available on Sunday afternoons.
– Team selections will be posted publicly online upon completion of the tryouts.
– There will be up to a maximum of 4 teams in each age group and gender.
