New Season Registration Now Open
The Bulleen Boomers’ Junior Domestic (Saturday) Competition is a fun, inclusive basketball league for kids of all skill levels. Played on Saturdays throughout the school term across local venues, it gives boys and girls the chance to develop their game, make friends, and enjoy team sport in a supportive environment. Competitions run year-round and cater to age groups from Under 8s through to Under 20s.

The Bulleen-Templestowe Basketball Club Inc (known on court as the Bulleen Boomers) has been operating in the Bulleen, Templestowe and surrounding suburbs of outer-eastern Melbourne for over 55 proud years.
Our club provides an extensive platform for officials and players of all ages to realise their potential and excel at all levels of basketball. Junior participation begins with training programs, clinics, tournaments and leagues designed to empower young players to achieve, as they are given opportunities to progress their skills and dedication to the game, leading to taking the court at the senior, elite level.
Domestic basketball is local club-level competition played on Saturday’s. It’s ideal for players of all skill levels looking to play in a team environment.
Registration is completed online through PlayHQ. We open registrations before each new season (Summer and Winter).
We offer teams from U8 through to U21. Age groups are based on the player’s birth year.
