Boomers 25 Strategy

Dear members,

Our Club has humble beginnings but has grown from strength to strength for well over 50 years. A club milestone I am proud to announce this week, is the launch of the Boomers 25 Strategy. Covering the period between 2021-2025, the Boomers 25 Strategy builds on the hard work and success of the past and seeks to continue to improve and grow our amazing club. This document outlines the strategic pillars, priorities and enablers that will allow us to achieve our vision underpinned by the values which drive our culture.

The Boomers 25 Strategy has been created with the contribution of members and builds on the leadership of successive Boards.

It will drive us into a future where we strive to be the number one basketball club in Australia for providing the community, leadership and pathways, that enable our people to achieve their best.You will start to see our values exhibited loud and proud at the venues where we compete.

I look forward to the work we will do with Boomers leadership team and staff, coaches, volunteers, referees, parents, school and community sporting partners and sponsors and all members, to bring this to life.
